Equiano Bridge and TESCO path walking to shops
A popular route for walkers and cyclists from Chesterton to the south side of the river including the superstore.
The bridge allows walkers and cyclists from Chesterton to access the south side of the river, and the path to the superstore on Newmarket road. Walking and cycling routes are clearly demarcated on the bridge but better separation and signage are needed at the northern end of the bridge and the beginning of the TESCO footpath to minimise conflict between walkers and cyclists
