Improving routes to St Phillips Primary School
Children walk through busy Romsey and Coleridge streets to St Phillips and we propose improvements that will enhance their safety.
St Phillips Primary School already has a 'safe street' approach but this could be expanded to cover the wider catchment area. It would encourage more children to walk safely to school. Narrow, busy streets with many parked cars and lack of visibility makes crossing roads more risky. Our red flags highlight improvements that will benefit all local walkers, especially the most vulnerable.
